Cigar Rights of America (CRA) neither solicits nor accepts CRA membership from any person under 21 years of age. If you’re a person under 21 years old, please do not apply for CRA membership.
Contributions, gifts or membership dues made or paid to Cigar Rights of America are not refundable or transferable and are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes.
