Judge Mehta's Decision
For the better part of a decade, CRA and our allies have been fighting the FDA's regulation of premium cigars in Federal Court. On August 9, 2023 Judge Mehta ruled in our favor, vacating the FDA's regulatory authority over premium cigars. Despite the FDA's decision to appeal the decision, for now, our historic victory remains in-tact.
