FDA’s Flavored Cigars and Menthol in Cigarettes Rule Sent to OMB for Review

WASHINGTON, DC – FDA’s efforts to address the issue of flavored cigars and menthol in cigarettes took its next step last week when the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) officially dispatched its proposed rules to the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB), one of the final steps in the regulatory process before a final rule is published on either proposal.
